Lexus is trying to appeal to younger buyers with this hatchback CT200h. Powered by the same system as the Prius it doesn’t have the much performance to back up its good looks. The main thing going for the CT200h is it is the lowest priced premium car on the market. From www.motormouth.ca

My point was that he shouldn’t have criticized the car for not having any performance gains even though it is an F Sport package, because it is not an actual F. Audi does it with their S-Line, Mercedes with their AMG Appearance package, etc. I don’t think that you understood what I was saying? -.-

Are you kidding me? Dude, seriously, you don’t think this guy knows this? Anyone knows about cars would know that its against logic and marketing to put a bigger engine, trans, etc into this car. Its an eye candy thing for consumers and you are dragging in the AMG or M? And what do you mean the package isn’t a fast car?Is speed the sole thing you are concerned with? Also, FYI, BMW’s M package does increase the top speed of your car, go check it? out. Can’t believe you got 38 thumbs up.

I dont like this review, I personally own the 2012 Lexus CT200h? F-Sport, and that is not the F-Sport model. I find the car to have lots of power in the Sport mode, ECO mode is meant not to let you honk on the gas as it wants to controll your exceleration for fuel economy. I am loving this car.

What an idiot, he seems not have even driven it anywhere where he could test out its power (and I suspect didn’t test a Prius on a race track either). I bet this guy is one of those who thinks that a car isn’t powerful unless? it’s belching out a loud noise!

I own this car. My son now drives my 2003 Matrix AWD, which has 149K miles on it. To those who are saying they are the same, YOU ARE WRONG. Period. Other than the shape, which I like, the two cars are VERY different. The most notable differences come in the ride, which is much softer and quieter in the ct200h, the much more comfortable seating in the ct200h, and the gas mileage – I averaged 26 in the Matrix and after 9K miles I am? averaging almost 47 in the ct200h.

@roomiji you should go to merc and BMW website cause just like the the Lexus where you added the F package you can add the M package to the BMW or the AMG package to the merc. those packages just make the outside look cooler but it doesn’t effect performence unless you get the real M3 or whatever. And he states that that it? is just for looks. Dumbass

Actually, go to the Lexus website and see. “F” package is the only option, there is no REAL “F” CT200h… please educate yourself before leaving such nonsensical comparisons? as to AMG and “M” et cetera..

Those buttons? are for base models. With the navigation package, all radio and ventilation functions can be controlled by mouse or voice.
