Street race from a slight roll between a Mercedes E55 AMG (560hp and 630 feet of torque) with two people in the car. The Supersports was stock with one person in the car on a VERY hot 90+ degree day with around 80% humidity at sea level. Special thanks to our friends at RoadTestTV for the video.
The Bentley really rips off the line with a sub 4.0 second 0-60 time. This is due to the crazy W12 torque and the new ‘Quickshift’ version of the six-speed ZF 6HP26 automatic transmission. It is engineered exclusively for the Continental Supersports. Shift time has been cut by 50 per cent and the revised transmission also helps double downshifts (e.g. 6th down to 4th)
The Continental Supersport is the fastest, most powerful Bentley ever with 621 bhs 0-60 mph in 3.7 seconds and a 204 mph top speed.
The Supersport reaffirms Bentley’s environmental commitment with the launch of its first FlexFuel performance car.
The Supersport combines the looks of the iconic GT with a distinctive style that reflects its supercar character.
The Supersport is the extreme Bentley delivering a highly focused driving experience – a muscular two-seater that is 243lbs lighter than the Continental GT Speed.
