1. Make sure you read reviews online. Almost all auto transport companies will have reviews. Some positive and some negative. Make sure the majority are positive.
2. We feel it’s worth the extra money to pay for enclosed auto shipping. The harsh elements can wreak havoc on your car while in transport. You paid $80,000 for a vehicle. Wouldn’t it be nice when it showed up it was clean and pampered. Not dirty with caked on road debris?
3. Make sure the transport company does not sub out their work. They should own their own trucks and the drivers should work for that specific car transport company.
4. Good auto transport companies have trucks with GPS’s in them that the customer can access 24 hours a day. Know where your car is at all times.
Those are a few simple suggestions for when you are looking to transport your new baby from state to state. Sometimes it’s better to push aside the car transport and fly up and drive the car home yourself. Life is all about the journey. It will create great memories and you will bond with your new car.
