As a night light in a child’s room this works pretty well. The photo sensor is quite well calibrated and it doesn’t come on when it isn’t needed. So far so good

Replaced some standard 7 watt night lights with these and I’m very excited to say the light is white and not blueish like a lot of LED lights. It’s also quite bright and lights up my kitchen/dining area well with a single unit!

Got this nightlight for our upstairs landing… at the top of the steps. It looks nice and is plenty bright.
Its on a wall about 15 feet from the windows… and the windows face north, so its not overly bright up there during the day. It will glow very slightly during the day. But other nightlights I’ve tried do the same… I think its just because its dim up there during the day. So I’m not rating it bad for that.
And with this being a LED nightlight I don’t really think its using much energy.
One thing I did find is that if you plug it in upside down it glows less during the day… the light sensor is on the bottom so it catches more light this way.
Anyway, I’d recommend this. It looks nice and works!

I bought this night light to use in the nursery. It is perfect!!! It is just bright enough for me to see inside the bassniet. (I have to put the binky back in baby girl’s mount at leat 6 times a night.
The design is nice so it blends well with the house. I do wish it had an on/off switch as my master bedroom is dark (even in the daylight) so the light stays on all of the time.

This is a really nice little nightlight. I use it in the bathroom at night and it provides just enough light without being too bright. The only downside is that there’s a light sensor and no on-off switch, so the light is always on when the lights are off unless you unplug it. I would recommend this light.

Disappointed. Purchased in a 3-pack from a building supply house. Have had them for 6-mos and two are already non-functioning. I will not buy another.

Disappointing purchase, this light blinked repeatedly, even after allowing for a warm-up period. Still looking for a decent night light, since the megabrite push button ones are currently unavailable. If the megabrite become available again, I would recommend those as they work really well.

I insist on walking around half-blind and half-asleep at night. I have 6 of these bright, white lights that are supposed to be using less electricity than one of my old incandescents did. They don’t come on until it is very dark around them. I just plugged them in, and they have done the rest! I haven’t been injured walking in the house at night since I got them. They are worth every penney.

Bought a NL1 a few years ago and except for a brief delay in lighting after the light sensor was subjected to darkness, such as turning off an overhead light, I was happy with the bluish, cold light. Unfortunately, it didn’t last 100,000 hours as expected, but approximately 12,000 hours. It did better than incandescent, but was also more expensive to buy. I couldn’t disassemble it to figure out what failed. If they get below $3 I might buy another.
