Motorweek tests out the Mercedes E63 AMG. The first all AMG made Mercedes. This car has a new type of transmission that doesn’t actually make the car faster than the old E63 with the normal torque converter slush box. It’s weird. The Dual Clutch Trans in the 997.2 PDK 911 Twin Turbo and the GTR makes the cars significantly faster. I would have thought the same would go for the AMG. Guess not…
